Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Any evidence of smoking will result in extra fees/charges. 2. n the interest of safety in the complex when checking in please have a copy of your photo identification available (drivers license, passport, voters ID). We may refuse to hand over the keys to a person that did not book himself the property 3. This listing has a very strict no party policy and only the guests who are staying at the house, are allowed to be on the premises. 4. Cleaning is provided on a weekly basis for Guests who are staying over a week. 5. we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. 6. Please indicate the correct number of people when you book the place. The price varies depending on the number of people. 7. We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of you having your full security deposit returned to you 8. To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when they are not in use or when leaving the apartment. 9. To be considerate to your neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep things on the quieter-side after 10pm. If guest causes any kind of disturbance we will retain the right to remove the guest from the property and no refumd will be given. 10. Please do not remove the Wireless device from the suite/studio without informing us. 11. Lost or un-returned keys will also result in extra fees/charges. Additional Services We manage electricity bills and wifi data top ups. However guests will be required to top up electricity & wifi data if it runs out before top up date 1. Please note that although the Suite comes with Free wireless Internet, its use will be capped at 2GB per day. If you would require more Internet please contact us before booking.
